We can only see and retrieve your Google-Calendar information if you granted us to use this information after confirmation on the "Google Calendar"-section on the AppHelp-page.

We only collect data when your Karotz needs it, to let your Karotz tell you the calendar events. This is only happening when you scheduled the apps yourself, or when you press the "Try this App" button.

Google Drive:

We will only see information from your Google drive when you granted us to use this information using the "MP3 Jukebox"-section on the AppHelp-page.

We only collect data when your Karotz needs it, to let your Karotz play MP3 files. This is only happening when you scheduled the apps yourself, or when you press the "Try this App"-button.

What we do with the information we gather

We retreive data from your Google account when it is needed by your Karotz. After this, data will be destroyed within 7 days.

Internal record keeping

We count and log the requests your Karotz makes in our log-database, but only the request and basic response is logged, not the data your Karotz needs to provide you the app-specific information. On this website, we collect request information to identify which pages are being visited (IIS-Server logs).

Security

We are committed to ensure that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we need to provide the services.

How we use cookies

A cookie is a small file which asks permission when the webbrowser on your PC needs certain information. Your Karotz doesn't use cookies. It will identify itself using a unique generated ID.

Our website (this website) only uses cookies to identify which pages are being visited, and for the Disqus discussions, and for user session management (ASP.NET session cookies). We don't like commercials on the web, so we don't use tracking cookies and we don't use other cookies (like cookies for advertisements).
